Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by MJLukens Ventures LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sterling, the BanquetPilot name and logo, and related marks are trademarks of MJLukens Ventures LLC.
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors, email providers, and AI platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MJLUKENS VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJLukens Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
